Maybe you don’t remember The Housing Bubble burst…FACT: We now know that the Clinton admin leaned on banks to give no money down loans for homes to help make new home owners. Mainly lower income, and if the banks didn’t do it …allegations of RACIST boomed and INVESTIGATIONS would ensue..SO no down payment loans led to people with no skin in the game and the inability to keep up property and in some case even unable to make a payment period. Let alone insurance, taxes…etc.
